My Approach

Decades as a nurse* and teacher (and just plain living!) have taught me how language, our inner images, and our overall health & wellness intertwine. In working with you, I tune into your unique language, which often leads us to the very root of an issue. Ritual, altar-building, movement meditation, and sound healing are some of the tools I have used to get RADICAL (getting at the root) results for my clients.
