Decades as a nurse and teacher (and just plain living!) have taught me how our words, our internal landscapes, our bodies, and our ability to thrive are all intertwined. And, we encounter entanglements, blockages, or rough currents in the flow of our lives. We often need look no further than the stories we tell ourselves or that were passed down to us via our bloodlines as the source of our core challenges. In working with you, I tune into your unique language, which often leads us to the very root of an issue. Ritual, somatics/ movement meditation, and sound healing are some of the tools I have used to get RADICAL (getting at the root) results with my clients.
